Redesigning the 7th floor of the Hotel, the team of Gisela Ragge, Beate Lemmer and Andreas Reimann was looking for yet another seductive setting. Inspired by PIGALLE, MOULIN ROUGE and the CRAZY HORSE nightclubs Reimann adds   FUNKY VISUALS to a timeless theme : I love Paris.

    January  2009  DIVAS BAR  HOTEL SAVOY GETS AN ADDITIONAL PART

DIVAS BAR of SAVOY HOTEL started in 1999. Ever since it has become a favorite among people in Cologne and the many celebrityguests the hotel has hosted over the years. GISELA RAGGE has been including Andreas Reimann´s skills in her neverending effort to keep the hotel uptodate and to create a visual suprise for her guests almost every year with a novelty installation or a new presentation. Along with her architect and designer BEATE LEMMER, she and ANDREAS  REIMANN  have  become a good team to create seductive areas  for the HOTEL SAVOY.

When asked to add an additional piece for the DIVAS bar, I thought it will be difficult to find a match to the portrait like faces of MARLENE,ROMY and MARIA CALLAS. So we decided to add a more  seductive setting to enhance the sensual atmosphere of the bar.

   November  2008  SHOW         "REIMANN TEAMWORK ROOM"   BERLIN

The crazy REIMANN Team rented a location in Berlin next to the old American embassy in the administrative section of Berlin. Among the featured works is a newly created piece inspired by the worldwide presscoverage, an unveiling shot of channcellor ANGELA MERKEL received by attending a festive date at the Oslo Opera. Reimann´s idea to put her seductive image on a stamp has yet to be considered by the federal government of Germany.

We were talking about making  a ROMY stamp for a several years. The special birthday and an international stampexhibition in Vienna seemed like a good idea to finalize it. The Austrian post did a great job here. You can really see the details of all the screenlayers like the process of the original limited edition "ROMY CLASSIC GOLD" created by Andreas Reimann.

Summer 2008                              Wallinstallation  FUNKY SCHOENBRUNN

For a private home in Cologne Andreas Reimann was asked to create a dreamlike atmosphere for a litup backwall of an indoor poolarea. On this Digital project he worked with a scene of the GROSSE GALERIE in the Schoenbrunn castle in Vienna, giving it a funky makeover.

Wallinstallation   MALLORCA 

 A digital image created for an entrance of a private oceanview home in mallorca located on a hilltop. The owner wanted to add an energetic image to a difficult area in the entry of his home and asked Reimann to come up with a unique landscape capturing the spirit of the mediteranian island in the sun.

The crazy Reimann team rented a location in Port Andratx for a one year during exhibition. Enjoying the island, local rosado wine - the greenpepper appetizers are  among the teams favorites ......

In December 2007 Andreas Reimann discovered an empty location on the Ring in downtown Vienna and thought it would be a good location for international exposure. It opened in March of 2008.  His stepfather Mr. BILL BARNETT from Memphis, Tennessee is the captain of the room. Only English spoken here. If you don´t buy anything you are still in for a shot of schnaps.......

For the newly designed rooms on the first floor Reimann was asked to extend his work covering the whole headboard wall in each room, creating an effect similar to the photographic wallpapers used in the 1970s. This "updated" version is made of plexiglass.

Reimann´s South Florida representative GIOVANNI ROSSI hosts a special event in the Winwood district of Miami presenting the Geishas in Miami.

In the fall of 2006 the Hotel SAVOY approached Reimann with a new project for the entire 2nd floor. The makeover of this etage resulted in a new technique: Andreas created his first digital series for wallelements used as visual headboards for the beds. For these images he applied his "Many layers workprocess" to photography. Computersupported Work. The final digital data is printed directly to the plexi and gets sealed. Reimann´s selected printingcompany in VIENNA has worked hard to achieve the best possible results with most vivid colours.

A GEISHA-Theme is presented throughout the 2nd floor of the Savoy Hotel. Inspired by a recent trip to Japan Reimann lets The  Geisha travel from Tokio to Paris,New York to London....
